responce to kathy cross...

Should the company be responsible for the actions of its employees?

i feel that a company should most certainly be help accountable for the actions of their employees as long as the actions are business related. if the actions affect the business in any way what so ever then i feel that very strong that the business must punish the employee no matter the success of his business. if the actions are not altering the business in any way then i don't feel it is the business's right to punish the employee.

when is it apparent that personal problems are beginning to affect the ability for the employee to do business?
